Important Notice

1. Our Role

CoomerHub is a content discovery platform that displays publicly available content from third-party sources via their APIs. We do not:

• Host any images, videos, or media files on our servers
• Upload, copy, or redistribute any content
• Store cached copies of any media
• Modify or alter any content in any way

All content is served directly from the original third-party CDN to your browser. CoomerHub acts as a viewer only.

2. Where to File a DMCA Takedown

Since we do not host any content, the most effective way to remove content is to contact the original hosting provider directly. Removing content at the source will automatically remove it from our platform, as we display content in real-time from those servers.

We recommend contacting the hosting platforms where the content is stored to file a DMCA takedown request directly with them.

3. Request Removal from CoomerHub

While we do not host content, we understand that you may want specific content to stop appearing through our interface. We can block specific URLs or creators from being displayed on CoomerHub.

To request removal from our viewer, send an email to:

Your request must include:

• Identification — Your full legal name and contact information
• Content identification — URLs or descriptions of the content you want removed from our viewer
• Ownership proof — Evidence that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Good faith statement — A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Signature — Your physical or electronic signature

4. Processing Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA requests within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving a valid request, we will block the specified content from appearing through our interface. Please note that this does not remove the content from the original hosting server — you must contact the host directly for full removal.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was incorrectly removed from our viewer, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@coomerhub.net with:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• Identification of the content that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringers

CoomerHub may permanently block access to content from sources that are subject to repeated valid DMCA complaints.
